Strengthening Inclusive Schools in Bhutan

Save the Children in Bhutan provided ICT equipment to set up Resource Centres at 11 Inclusive Schools or Schools with Special Education Needs programs to enhance learning and development for children with disabilities.

The 3-year project implemented in partnership with ECCD & SEN Division, Department of School Division, Ministry of Education, will set up resource centres with adequate ICT equipment such as Smart Board, Computers, Tele-conferencing equipment, Printers and Copiers – to enable an interactive teaching-learning for children, their teachers, and parents of children with disabilities.

The initiative is inline with the Education Reform 2021 of Ministry of Education, Royal Government of Bhutan.
