Training on Mental Health and Psychological First Aid for Key Populations (SKPA-2)

Save the Children Bhutan as part of the SKPA-2 Program conducted a 5-days training on Mental Health and Psychological First Aid for the members and outreach workers of Key Population Organizations namely, Lhak-Sam, Chithuen Phendhey Association, Pride Bhutan, and Queer Voices of Bhutan. Considering community members’ increased vulnerability to mental illnesses, the training capacitated the participants with knowledge and skills that can help identify common signs and symptoms of some mental illnesses, provide psychological first aid, and referral to health services.
