Inception Meeting for the System Transformation Grant

We are thrilled to announce that the Inception Meeting for the System Transformation Grant, funded by the Global Partnership for Education, was conducted successfully. Our partners from Ministry of Education Skills Department and Ministry of Finance joined us on July 26, 2024, to kick off this transformative initiative.

The grant's goal is to ensure that all children aged 3-5 experience high-quality Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) services that support their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being. This grant is a major step towards supporting the government's priority of enhancing early education by increasing access and professionalizing ECCD facilitators.

Save the Children is honored to serve as the Grant Agent for the System Transformation Grant, with UNICEF Bhutan as the Coordinating Agency. Together, we are committed to creating a brighter future for our young children.
