Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Project and Change Manager - Oracle Recruitment Cloud in London Centre Office or any existing SCI location
Transformation Delivery is responsible for the delivery of projects across Save the Children with a focus on providing Project and Change resources with the oversight of a Portfolio Management team.
The Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) project aims to implement a recruitment platform within Oracle HCM Cloud, creating a fully integrated end-to-end recruitment process. The ORC recruitment platform will replace Save the Children’s current recruitment system Taleo, which is currently used by all of Save the Children International’s Regional and Country Offices, and 5 Members. Moving from Taleo to ORC will simplify, streamline and personalise the process, improving the recruitment process for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates. The Project is currently in the “Start Up” phase, and must be completed by November 2023, due to the license for Taleo ending then.
The Project/Change Manager will coordinate multiple work streams of activity to ensure that the ORC project is planned, resourced and then driven to a successful conclusion. They are also the main point of contact for any questions on the status of the project. This person will be responsible for establishing project management practices utilising SCA’s Project Lifecycle, delivering some of the change management deliverables managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving continuous improvements. The Project/Change Manager may be required to lead one or more of the workstreams in addition to this overall coordination role.
